On 21 November 2025, a training program on Gender Equality was conducted at the Department of Social Work, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, with the support of Sadhika. A total of 52 students (24 boys and 28 girls) participated in the session. The objective of the program was to build a deeper understanding among the youth regarding gender-based social and family issues, and to encourage them to take initiative in promoting gender equality within the department. The training brought together all participants to collectively reflect on various social and familial challenges and facilitated meaningful discussions aimed at assessing these gender-based issues and exploring practical solutions.
